Awakenings ADE takes place from Wednesday 16th to Sunday 20th of October 2024.

Depending on the show, as there are multiple, they will either be hosted at the Gashouder or Ziggo Dome, both in Amsterdam. More specific information can be found on the Awakenings official website.

All tickets are sealed and only after the personalization is completed, e-ticket barcodes will be sent to the main buyer by email on Monday, the 14th of October. This is a choice of the event organisers to prevent resale and to ensure the safety of your ticket(s).

Please try to search for 'Paylogic' in your inbox and also check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there.

If this doesn't get you any results, you can also go to this page, so we can resend your ticket(s) and/or confirmation e-mail to your email address.

If you have added refund protection to your order, this means a maximum amount of € 2000,- per order is protected. Basically, it covers your entrance-, locker-, parking tickets, and accommodation if you book it through us. Merchandise will not be refunded. Check out the terms & conditions for being able to request a refund here.

In case the event is sold out, please check Ticketswap. You can find the direct link also at the bottom of your confirmation email.

When a ticket is sold through Ticketswap, the ‘old’ ticket gets cancelled and a new ticket is sent to the new owner. The old ticket is no longer valid after this and the seller is not able to put the ticket on Ticketswap again.

This is the ONLY official website to buy tickets when the event is sold out.

All tickets will be scanned and checked for authenticity at the entrance.

If you can no longer attend, You can also resell your ticket via TicketSwap if you are not able to attend the event.

To get access to your ticket(s), you will need to personalise them. Click on the “personalise” button in the confirmation email to claim the ticket(s). You can claim one ticket under your name, and personalise the rest under the name of whoever is attending with you. Adding information is possible from Aug 1, 2024, 12:00 AM CEST till Oct 13, 2024, 11:59 PM CEST. 

Once all tickets have been personalised, you (as the main buyer) will receive confirmation of this via email. Please take note that the tickets will only be sent to you once every single ticket has been personalised and on the 14th of October.

Tickets can be personalised until Oct 13, 2024, 11:59 PM CEST.

Yes, before entering, the festival security can ask for your identification to check your name and age.

Please note that a copy of your identification document will not be accepted as a valid identification document. If there is another name on your ticket, access to the event can be denied. In such a case, the ticket cannot be refunded.

You can check if this option is available by going to the button "Manage order" in the confirmation email. 

Select "Change Name". Enter the email address of the new ticket holder. 

Pay the transaction (the name change will be done once the order is completed/paid). 

You will be taken to a new "My Order" page and you will see that the ticket has been sent to the new ticket holder. Select "Confirm" to complete the name change.

Please note that the new order will remain in the name of the primary purchaser of the original order. The name change is also paid for by the original order buyer.

In the email confirmation of your order, you can find a button with the following text:

If you click on this button in your confirmation email, you will be redirected to a page allowing you to create your invoice.

You have to be 18+ to have access to this event. Please note that your ID will be checked at the entrance.

You can not enter after two hours from the end and no re-entrance after leaving the event.

So for example, if the event is till 08:00, you are not allowed to enter after 06:00.

You can buy a locker in the presale in the ticketshop, or when the regular ticket sale starts.

A Large locker is suitable for two or three friends. A regular size locker is suitable for one or two friends. The locker measurements are: Standard: H22 * B25 * D50 cm Large: H36 * B25 * D50 cm.

If you buy your locker in pre-sale, you will receive your locker number and pincode a few days before the event by email. Once you have received these, you will not be able to sell the locker e-ticket through Ticketswap anymore.

At the Ziggo Dome, there is a limited amount of lockers available. Please bring €2 coins in order to get access to a locker. Every time you re-open a locker, a new €2 coin is needed.

Aside from lockers, a free cloakroom is available.

We recommend you to not take too much baggage with you in order to make sure there is enough room for everyone.
