Why do I need to create an account?
To give all our friends a fair chance of getting tickets and to combat bulk ticket buying, from now on you will need a Friends account. Having a Friends account does not guarantee tickets, but this is how we try to make ticket sales for The Friends of Amstel LIVE more fair. Click here for the terms and conditions.
How to create an account?
Creating a Friends account is simple. Go to registration.vriendenvanamstel.nl and read the instructions carefully. Make sure you verify your e-mail address and phone number after filling in your details. To verify your e-mail address, go to the received e-mail and click on ‘Confirm account’. If you did not receive an e-mail, it is possible that the e-mail ended up in your junk mail. You will also receive an SMS on your given telephone number.
What can I do with my Friends account?
To buy tickets for 2025, you need a Friends account from now on. With a Friends account, you will be the first to be informed of all the news surrounding The Friends of Amstel LIVE and the start of ticket sales. More information about ticket sales will follow in early January. After purchasing tickets, you can also manage your tickets within your account. In the near future, we will continue to expand the possibilities within your account, for now you don't have to do anything! Just before the ticket sale on 13 January, you will receive an e-mail with access to the ticket sales and more information about your account.
Access to ticket sales
After creating a Friends account, you will have access to ticket sales for The Friends of Amstel LIVE 2025. Ticket sales start 13 January at 10:00 am. We will keep you informed about the ticket sales and you will receive a link to the ticket sales via your e-mail address. Make sure you are logged into your Friends account prior to the ticket sale to gain quick access.

I did not receive a verification e-mail
If you entered your details and did not receive an e-mail in your inbox to verify your account, the e-mail may have ended up in your spam folder. - If you cannot find the e-mail there either, it is possible that you accidentally registered your account with an incorrect e-mail address. Click here to check your e-mail address. If your e-mail address is incorrect, you can change it, after which you will receive a new verification e-mail. I did not receive a verification SMS
It can sometimes take a few minutes for you to receive the verification SMS. If you still haven't received an SMS after waiting for a while, check your phone number and use the ‘resend’ option to request a new code. Make sure you wait a few minutes again after resending the code. The code will arrive within a few minutes.
