You can change your ticket up to 2 days before the day of the date on your ticket. As long as there is availability. Service costs and any additional costs of your new ticket are paid by you.
You can change the ticket/time slot from the confirmation email in paylogic, go to manage order, click on more actions and then exchange tickets.
Tickets for beer tables, curling lanes and VIP tables cannot be exchanged or refunded. These are reserved for you and are non-returnable.
