It is possible to resell your ticket. You can do this by going to your "MyOrder" environment by clicking on "Manage order" at the bottom of your confirmation email. There you can click on "More actions" where you will find an option to sell your tickets on TicketSwap.

Yes, you need to personalise your tickets. This can be done via the link in your confirmation email. Please note that this can also end up in your spam inbox.

You can change your ticket up to 2 days before the day of the date on your ticket. As long as there is availability. Service costs and any additional costs of your new ticket are paid by you.

You can change the ticket/time slot from the confirmation email in paylogic, go to manage order, click on more actions and then exchange tickets.

Tickets for beer tables, curling lanes and VIP tables cannot be exchanged or refunded. These are reserved for you and are non-returnable.

Children up to and including 2 years old can enter for free.
