Where and when is A State of Trance 2025 taking place?

A State of Trance will take place in Rotterdam Ahoy.

Location: Ahoyweg 10, 3084 BA Rotterdam

The event will take place on Friday 21 February and Saturday 22 February.

Friday

Doors hotel guests: 18:00

Doors other visitors: 18:30

Event: 19:00 – 01:00

Saturday

Doors hotel guests: 21:00

Doors other visitors: 21:30

Event: 22:00 – 06:00

When will I be able to download my tickets?

Can I pay the ticket(s) in parts?

Do I need to personalise my tickets and how?

Yes, personalising your ticket(s) for A State of Trance is mandatory and will start on 06/09/2024. Please follow the steps below on how to do so:

After ordering your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email from Paylogic with a link to your order overview page. Can’t find the confirmation email? Request a new one here.
Click on the button “Personalise”
You can then choose to “claim” or “send” the tickets. If you “claim” the tickets, you put them in your own name. By “sending” you can send the tickets to a friend so that he or she can then put the ticket in their name.
If you have purchased more than one ticket, please invite your friends to the personalization process by clicking on “invite”. It is important that you do not send this link to people who are not part of the order, as this link provides access to the tickets.

Remember: ALL your tickets need to be personalised.

What is the minimum age to visit A State of Trance?

Accessibility at A State of Trance

At the event

There will be special lanes for people with physical disabilities. These special lanes are located at each of the entrances. Upon entering the venue, you may use these lanes, but only when you’re prevented from using the regular entrance lanes due to physical disabilities. There will be a wheelchair deck located at the Mainstage area, which will only be accessible with Wheelchair tickets. The VIP facilities and VIP deck are not accessible for wheelchairs.

Parking

Upon presentation of your disabled card (blauwe mindervalidenkaart), you can park at the designated disabled parking spots. If you do not have a disabled card (blauwe mindervalidenkaart), you can indicate this to the traffic controllers, who will do their best to arrange a spot as close as possible. No guarantee can be given in this regard.

Wheelchair tickets

There are a limited number of wheelchair tickets available. This year, when you purchase a wheelchair ticket, the accompanying person receives a 50% discount.

Are weekend tickets included in the hotel packages?

Weekend tickets are not automatically included in the hotel packages, so be sure to add the correct number of tickets for everyone staying in the room during the payment process!

Please make sure that you book WEEKEND HOTEL tickets if you have a hotel room booked through ASOT.

The WEEKEND HOTEL tickets are valid ONLY if you have a hotel room booking.

I can't make it to A State of Trance

We’re sorry to hear you can’t make it anymore to A State of Trance. If you can’t make it anymore, you can resell your tickets to friends or family, or via our Official Resale Platform.

The resale platform enables you to set your desired price, but it prevents from exceeding the original price. With this approach we tend to keep it fair for everyone. This is the only way to resell your ticket(s) 100% safely. We highly advise against purchasing tickets through alternate channels.

Please note: The resale platform will only be made available shortly before the event.

HOW DO I SELL MY TICKET?

If you want to sell your ticket through our resale platform, please follow the following steps:

Go to your order page via the confirmation email you received from Paylogic. Can’t find the confirmation email? Click here!
Click on manage order > resale > sell your ticket
Select the ticket(s) you would like to put up for sale
Determine the price and confirm. A resale account is automatically created for you.

You will receive a confirmation email and a notification when your ticket is sold, and you will receive the money within a few working days.

No worries, if the ticket(s) is not sold yet, you are able to withdraw your ticket(s) via the confirmation mail.
