The number 1 Fetish Party in the Netherlands will take place on 04 October 2025. The venue is North Sea Venue (Hemkade 48, Zaandam).

This event makes use of a delayed fulfilment of tickets. This means that tickets will only become available for download at a later date. This is the choice of the organizers to prevent resale and ensure the safety of your tickets.

As soon as the tickets are available for download, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with this information.

Each ticket must be personalised with a unique name to prevent black market sales and ensure fairness. 

You can assign tickets to individuals by following these steps:

1. Go to your confirmation mail and click on the ‘Manage Order’ button
2. This will take you to the webpage of your order
3. Please click on the individual ticket you want to personalise
4. Select the ‘Assign ticket’ option
5. You can choose to claim a ticket for yourself or  to send it to a friend
6. Fill in the relevant information
7. Repeat the process from step three until all tickets are personalised

Please note: all tickets must be claimed to unique email addresses. 

If you encounter an error, you can cancel the ticket invitation by going to the specific ticket and clicking the three dots next to it to rename, share, or cancel the invitation.

If you have lost your order confirmation, go to the ‘Manage my tickets’ page. Here you can retrieve your order confirmation.

Have you accidentally put a ticket in the wrong name or is someone else accompanying you? Then it is possible to change the name on a ticket. You can do this via the ‘Manage Order’ button in your confirmation e-mail. 

You will then be taken to your order's unique webpage. Here, select ‘More Actions’. Select ‘Name Change’. Enter the e-mail address of the new ticket holder. 

Pay for the transaction (the name change will be made once the order is completed/paid). 

You will be taken to a new ‘MyOrder’ page and you will see that the ticket has been sent to the new ticket holder. Select ‘Confirm’ to complete the name change.

Please note that the new order remains in the name of the main buyer of the original order. The name change is also paid for by the main buyer. In addition, only the main buyer can initiate a name change. 

Please note that name changes are possible until a few weeks prior to the event. After that, you can sell your tickets on the resale platform.

Unfortunately, refunds are not possible for this event. However, a resale platform will come online later in the year where you can offer your ticket(s).

Once this platform is online, you will be able to sell personalised tickets in your order via the ‘manage my order’ button in your confirmation mail. If you follow the link and select ‘more actions’, you will be able to sell your tickets. 

Once a person is found who wants to buy the tickets, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount via the payment method you used to pay for the tickets. The service fee will not be refunded. From this moment on, these tickets are no longer valid in your order.

This option is available for both tickets purchased through the regular shop and those purchased through the resale platform itself.

Please note that this option is only available to the main buyer and is only possible after the tickets have been registered in your name.
