Unfortunately, refunds are not possible for this event. However, a resale platform will come online later in the year where you can offer your ticket(s).
Once this platform is online, you will be able to sell personalised tickets in your order via the ‘manage my order’ button in your confirmation mail. If you follow the link and select ‘more actions’, you will be able to sell your tickets.
Once a person is found who wants to buy the tickets, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount via the payment method you used to pay for the tickets. The service fee will not be refunded. From this moment on, these tickets are no longer valid in your order.
This option is available for both tickets purchased through the regular shop and those purchased through the resale platform itself.
Please note that this option is only available to the main buyer and is only possible after the tickets have been registered in your name.
