If you cannot find your ticket(s) anymore or if you have lost the confirmation mail including your ticket(s), you can request your confirmation mail to be sent again via this link.

It might be that there is a mistake in the email address used. You can correct your email address via this link. In case you have still not received your email confirmation after correcting the email address, please get in touch with us.

All tickets have to be personalised in order to receive them. This means that the name on each ticket will be checked and that it won’t be possible to enter with a ticket under someone else’s name. 

The deadline to personalise your ticket(s) is the 30th of June 01:00.

You can change the name on a ticket via your MyOrder page. You can find this option by following the next steps:

• Go to the button "manage order" in the confirmation email. 
• Click on “More Actions” and select "Change Name". 
• Enter the email address of the new ticket holder. 
• Pay the transaction (the name change will be done once the order is completed/paid). 
• You will be taken to a new "My Order" page and you will see that the ticket has been sent to the new ticket holder. Select "Confirm" to complete the name change.

Please note that the new order will remain in the name of the main buyer of the original order. The name change is also paid for by the main buyer.

It is possible to change/upgrade your tickets! You can do so via your MyOrder page. You can find this option by following the next steps:

• Go to the button "manage order" in the confirmation email. 
• Click on “More Actions” and select "Change tickets". 
• Select the ticket you would like to change. The price of this ticket will be converted into credit which can be used to buy the new ticket
• Please keep in mind that if the new ticket is of a lower value than your credit, the difference in price cannot be refunded.
• Once the change is complete, you will receive a new order number with the new ticket(s)

If you can’t make it anymore, you can always resell your tickets via Ticketswap!

Can I buy a separate camping ticket?

No, the only way to stay on our campsite is to buy a Combi + Camping ticket.

Can I stay 1 or 2 nights on the campsite?

Due to limited capacity, we offer the campsite solely to people who are coming to Couleur Café for 3 days. It is therefore impossible to by a day ticket with camping. You can of course always buy a Combi + Camping ticket and leave early or arrive late, but you will pay full price.

You can request an invoice of your order! In your confirmation email there is a “Generate Invoice” button. This will allow you to fill in the required details to request an invoice.
