Order and payment
- I used my voucher but could not complete the order, how do I get my tickets?
Your voucher is blocked for 30 minutes after an order attempt. After this period you can use it again to place a successful order. Your voucher is only valid for one completed order.
- I received an error message during the payment process. How can I resume the payment?
You only have one chance to complete an order with a payment. If this doesn’t succeed then you may place new order. It’s not possible to receive a new payment link. Your voucher will be valid again 30 minutes after your last order attempt.
- Why does my payment keep getting declined?
A declined payment can have many causes. The most likely cause is having insufficient funds or insufficient credit card balance. In case you experience multiple payment failures we recommend to contact your bank.
- What should I definitely NOT do during the ticket sale?
Never refresh the web page, only after you receive a message from Paylogic to do this.
- I can’t get to the next page in the ordering process, what can I do?
In case you can’t click on the ‘next’ button above the Paylogic logo. Then you can also continue the ordering process by clicking on one of the tabs (e.g. registration).
Every visitor needs to personalize his/her X-Qlusive Holland ticket(s) in order to gain access to the festival and camping, via a personal Q-dance account. The personalization of tickets is possible from the start of the ticket sales. After all tickets are personalized, the main buyer will receive all tickets by email. These grant you access to the festival.
How to personalize and get your tickets as the main buyer?
Step 1: Open the email which you have received from Paylogic
Click on the link in the email, this will bring you to the personalization page of X-Qlusive Holland.
Step 2: Start personalizing your ticket
Click on the button at the personalization page to start personalizing your X-Qlusive Holland ticket(s).
Step 3: Log-in with your Q-dance account
You have two options: log-in with your Q-dance account or create one during the process. Keep in mind that you need to have a Q-dance account to personalize your tickets.
Step 4: Claim your ticket
After logging in, you’ll see an overview of all tickets belonging to your order. The first thing you need to do is to claim ONE ticket for yourself.
Step 5: Invite your friends
After claiming your own ticket, return to the order overview by clicking ‘back to order’. After doing so, you can invite your friends to the personalization process by clicking on ‘invite’. Select ‘copy link’ to copy the personalization link, which you can send to your friends. It’s important that you do not spread this link to people that are not part of your order, as this is the key to your tickets. Remember: ALL your friends need to personalize their tickets individually.
Step 6: Make sure everyone personalizes their tickets
After following all steps, you (as the main buyer) must make sure that all your friends personalize their tickets. The quicker they do so, the sooner you will receive your X-Qlusive Holland ticket(s).
Step 7: Receiving X-Qlusive Holland tickets
Once ALL tickets have been personalized individually by your friends, YOU (as the main buyer) will receive them by email.
Step 8: Send the tickets to your friends. You’re ready for X-Qlusive Holland!
You can’t make it to the festival and so you want to give your ticket to somebody else? That’s possible! X-Qlusive Holland uses Ticket Transfer which enables you to change the name of your ticket. The ticket will automatically get a new barcode as well. You can make use of Ticket Transfer by clicking this link. A fee of € 5.00 per ticket will be charged for every change.
