  • Change email address or other personal data

If you have provided incorrect personal data or your details are outdated then we can change this for you. Before we do so we must make sure that you are the main buyer of the ticket, therefore we ask you to send us a proof of payment. A proof of payment is a photo or a print screen of the payment to Paylogic. The proof of payment must also show the date and amount of the transaction.

Furthermore, the following information is required, this depend on the payment method that you have used:

- Credit card payment: A payment receipt shows the last 4 digits of the credit card.
- Paypal: A proof of payment must be a photo or a print screen of the payment that is shown on your Paypal account. You should also see the Paypal invoice ID on it, this ID consists of 12 digits and starts with 20.
- For other payment methods, the payment reference must be visible; this can be found in the description of the payment.

Please note that confirmation of the order is not a correct proof of payment.

  • How can I order wheelchair tickets?

Wheelchair tickets can only be ordered by phone. You can find the right telephone number on this page.The maximum amount of wheelchair tickets per order is two. In case you would like to order more than two tickets, you can send us an email regarding your request via the link below. In addition to your personal information we would like to receive as much information as possible, so we can present this to the organization.

 

  • How can I order specific seats?

If the order page for the event you want to visit doesn't offer this option, it is not possible to select a specific row or seat numbers. Our system selects, depending on the rank you choose, the best possible seats that are available. Of course, we are taking into account that, no matter how many tickets you select, you will be seated next to each other.

PLEASE NOTE: If there are no seats available next to each other, the ordering system will notify you of this. In every order you will be notified which seats are selected for you. This is shown on the order page just before you pay. This way you can be sure that you have tickets that are next to each other.

  • I have lost my tickets

Simply follow this link and enter the email address that you used to place the order with. We will then automatically send you an email that shows all active orders under that email address. Also check your spam box, as it sometimes happens that messages end up there.

 

  • Changes and refunds

After finishing the order process it is in no way possible to make a change to the date or product.

Refunds are not allowed unless an additional Refund Protection is selected during the ordering process. In case you have questions about your Refund Protection or you want to make a claim on your insurance, you can fill in a refund request on the website of Booking Protect.

 

  • André Rieu in Liverpool

From of this year on, postal tickets will not be send out for André Rieu in Liverpool anymore. Just like for every other concert in the UK tour we will be sending out E-tickets. After ordering you will receive these on the email address you registered during the ordering process.
