Account

  • Change email address

We can help you with changing your email address. Paylogic has to verify that the request is coming from the owner of the account, therefore we ask you to send us a proof of payment of a recent order.

A proof of payment is a photo or screenshot of your transaction to Paylogic, showing the date and amount of the transaction. 
Additionally, the following information is relevant, depending on the payment method:
- Credit card payments: A proof of payment should display the last 4 digits of your credit card number. 
- Paypal: A proof of payment should be a screenshot of the transaction from your Paypal account. It has to display the Paypal invoice ID, i.e. a 12 digit number starting with "20". 
- For other payment methods the payment reference needs to be stated, which can be found in the description on your bank statement.

Please note that an order confirmation is not a valid proof of payment.

Membership

  • Why is a membership mandatory?

Paradiso is a not-for-profit organisation that offers events for a big audience. Becoming a member means you support their mission, and gives you access to the program.

You can choose between a monthly and an annual membership. Monthly memberships are available with the purchase of a ticket and in the evenings at Paradiso's box office. You can also buy separate monthly memberships. The annual membership is available at the box office and online via
www.paradisowinkel.nl.

  • Until when can I use my membership?

Did you buy a membership via www.paradiso.nl or Paylogic? In that case there’s no fixed date of expiry. Your membership will automatically be activated after the first time it gets scanned at the entrance, and will be valid for 30 days from that moment. If you decide to attend more shows during that month then you can use the same membership again. Monthly memberships are available with the purchase of a ticket and separate via the event page on www.paradiso.nl.

Order and payment

  • Where can I buy my tickets?

You can buy tickets via www.paradiso.nl. Through the different event pages you will always find the link to the official ticket shop.

  • I received an error message during the payment process. How can I resume the payment?

You only have one chance to complete an order with a payment. If this doesn’t succeed then you may place a new order. It’s not possible to receive a new payment link.

  • Why do I keep receiving an error during the payment?

A payment error can have many causes. The most likely cause is having insufficient funds or insufficient credit card balance. In case you experience multiple payment failures we recommend to contact your bank.

  • What should I definitely NOT do during the ticket sale?

Never refresh the web page, only after you receive a message from Paylogic to do this.

  • I can’t get to the next page in the ordering process, what can I do?

In case you can’t click on the ‘next’ button above the Paylogic logo you can also continue the ordering process by clicking on one of the tabs (e.g. registration).

My order

  • I filled in a wrong email address for my order. How can I change this?

We can help you with changing your email address. Paylogic has to verify that the request is coming from the main buyer of the tickets, therefore we ask you to send us a proof of payment.

  • I did not receive a confirmation email but the money has been deducted from my account. How do I receive my tickets?

Please wait until the end of the day and also check your spam folder. When you have still not received the confirmation email the next day and the money has been deducted from your account, please contact us.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

Paylogic does not own the right to decide about changes. For this reason we first have to contact the organization of the event so they can approve or deny your request.

In general, this can take up to 7 days. Once we have received an answer we will contact you directly to inform you about their decision. We would like to remind you that Paylogic sells tickets under the rules of the organization, so their decision is final.

Changes and cancellations

  • I bought a ticket for an event but the date has been changed. What can I do?

Tickets bought for a specific date will also be valid for the newly announced date. Ticket buyers will receive an email about the changes and the possibility to get a refund.

  • The event which I bought tickets for has been cancelled. How can I get a refund?

In case you bought an e-ticket for an event that has been cancelled, it is of course possible to get a refund. You will receive an email with more information. The return of hardcopy tickets is always processed by the original channel of purchase.

If you bought a hardcopy Paylogic-ticket via Primera or Concerto please follow these instructions. Please note: refunds will only be approved if an event has been officially cancelled.

Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 am to 5 pm

Other

  • Is Paradiso accessible for wheelchairs/disabled persons?

If you are in a wheelchair or otherwise require mobility assistance, please go to our side entrance from the time the doors are open. Reception staff will provide you with a key to the elevator which allows you access to the balconies upstairs, and to the disabled toilets downstairs. Paradiso Noord is also wheelchair accessible.

It’s not possible to buy specific wheelchair tickets.

  • Can I have my e-ticket scanned from my smartphone?

This is possible if you conform to certain conditions: your e-ticket is ready on your smartphone, your screen brightness is set to its highest setting and there are no cracks in your screen. If you cannot meet these conditions, please provide bring a print-out.

  • Is there a minimum age for visiting Paradiso?

Concerts usually don't come with an age restriction, unless stated on the event page on paradiso.nl. Club nights generally do have a minimum age of 18, unless stated differently on the event page on paradiso.nl.
