Do I need to register to buy a Global Journey Package?
Yes, pre-registration is strongly advised.
Register and create your Tomorrowland Account. Fill in your personal details. After you completed all information, you will receive an email to activate your Tomorrowland Account. Click on "Activate my account". Only after you have activated your account, you are registered for the Global Journey sale.
Did you use the Facebook login? You can now create an account with the same email address as your Facebook account. We do not support Facebook anymore.
How many tickets can I purchase per order?
You can buy up to 6 tickets (= 6 persons) per order/account. The only exception is the Friendship Travel Packages including a private accommodation for a group of 6 to 20 people.
Can I purchase a package for 3 persons in the same type of accommodation?
• If you choose to stay at DreamVille, you can choose 3 x Magnificent Greens. If you don’t want to bring your own tent, you can take the Magnificent Greens Tent Package (combining 2-persons tent and/or 1-person tent).
• If you choose to stay in a hotel, you can choose 3 single rooms or 1 double room + 1 single room. Meininger Hotel (Bronze) offers 3-4 persons rooms
What are the different payment methods during purchase?

Check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make international payments (to Belgium). Otherwise please contact your bank. Failed payments will not be processed and your application will automatically be rejected.
Visa Debit will also be allowed. But do mind you need to have sufficient funds on it.
Can I pay my Global Journey Package with a relative’s credit card?
Yes, that is no problem.
Does the Main Buyer need to be one of the guests included in my package?
No, he doesn’t. The Main Buyer doesn't have to be among the personalized names and doesn't have to attend the festival.
Do mind all correspondence will be sent to the email address of the Main Buyer.
Can I have an invoice of my Global Journey Package?
Invoices won't be created for a Global Journey package. You will receive a Booking Confirmation via email after purchasing and you can use your Booking Overview at the Tomorrowland Account
Where can I find an overview of my Global Journey booking?
After purchasing a Global Journey Package, the Main Buyer will receive a confirmation email with an overview of his booking. Please check spam folder or junk mail. The booking confirmation email Is leading.
Where can I find my orderID?
Your order ID can be found in the booking confirmation email or in your Tomorrowland Account under the 'ticket' section.
