Can I change the time schedule of my buses?  

You can’t change the time schedule of your buses. 

Can I change the destination of my outbound bus?  

You can’t change the destination of your outbound bus after purchase. 

What happens if I don’t use my outbound bus?  

You will need to pick up your personal Global Journey envelope with all information and shuttle  bracelets at the Global Journey Desk at DreamVille Entrance 1. 

What do I need to do if I miss my bus?  

You will receive detailed information regarding your personal travel schedule. Please follow the  instructions. Global Journey is not responsible if you miss your bus. 

How much luggage can I bring?  

1 hand luggage (max. 7kg) + 1 baggage (max. 20kg) + 1 tent (max. 10kg)
