General information about the coronavirus

In the Netherlands and Belgium new measures against the further spreading of the coronavirus are continuously implemented by the national governments. For updates please check the website of the RIVM and for Belgium see belgium.be.

See Tickets is not the organizer of events. At the moment, we are in contact with the organizations of the events taking place this month, discussing how to best act in this situation. As soon as there is more information available, you will be informed through the official website of the event. Because of the extra workload this has created, we ask you to wait patiently and not contact us this moment until more information about your event is published.

Changes and cancellations

    • What if my event is canceled or postponed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19)?

If the event you bought tickets for is canceled by the organizers, they will contact you by email to confirm if and when you receive the money for your tickets back. This depends on the organization.

The organizers of the event will also contact you in case where the event is postponed. Usually, tickets will remain valid for the new date which is announced. The organizers will also specify what is possible in case you are unable to attend the event on the new date. If the provides for refunds, this will be possible from the moment the new date has been announced. Therefore, we kindly ask you to follow up on the instructions which have been sent by email.
