Tomorrowland puts in a great effort to make the festival accessible to visitors with a disability. So, we  have paid a lot of attention to the accessibility of the festival site and its surroundings: 

• At the Main Entrance, there’s an elevator, especially for visitors with a disability. Two  persons are allowed to accompany them through this entrance (if they have a registered  Tomorrowland Bracelet) 

• Guidance dogs are allowed on the festival grounds. Make sure they are easily recognizable. • Adapted toilets are situated in locations all over the festival site and at DreamVille. • The accessibility on the festival grounds is guaranteed thanks to the wooden floors and  concrete paths. 

What is the time schedule of the daily shuttle to Tomorrowland? 

This is the time schedule of the daily shuttles if you are staying in a hotel or hostel in Brussels: 

• 1 daily transfer to Tomorrowland at 12h00 

• Shuttle back to the hotel: 

• Friday/Saturday: 01h00-02h00 

• Sunday: 00h00-01h00 

What is the difference between theme hotel and concept hotel?  Theme hotel is a hotel that will be transformed into special Tomorrowland Theme hotel. Concept hotel is a hotel that is a special Conceptual hotel.

Night Train of Amicorum – Sleep Train

What is a Green Fare Flight?  

All Global Journey Brussels Airlines Flights are Green Fare Flights. This means all Brussels Airlines  flights use 20% SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel), while the other 80% goes to local compensation  projects. The Amare Party Flights use 100% SAF. 

Brussels Airlines flying SAF 

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) is an alternative to traditional aviation fuel made from renewable  sources such as plant oils, waste oils, and algae. It significantly reduces the carbon footprint of flights  by lowering greenhouse gas emissions when compared to conventional jet fuel. The Tomorrowland  party flights, Amare and 20% of the Brussels Airlines aircrafts will be flying with SAF.

Where can I pick up my Tomorrowland Bracelet? 

Your Tomorrowland Bracelet(s) will be sent to the home address of the Main Buyer (except when  choosing Pick Up).  

Where can I pick up my Shuttle Bracelet?  

Please note: Shuttle Bracelet is NOT the same as the Tomorrowland Bracelet 

Please bring your printed booking confirmation and official ID/passport to pick up all necessary  information and the shuttle bracelet at arrival. 

• Flight package: you have to pick up your personalized envelope at the Global Journey Welcome Desk in Brussels Airport 

• Train Package: you have to pick up your personalized envelope at the Global Journey Desk in  the train station of departure. 

• Bus Package: you will receive your personalized envelope from the Global Journey Host at  the meeting point in the city of departure. 

• Hotel Package: you have to pick up your personalized envelope at the Global Journey Desk in  your hotel in Brussels. 

• Friendship Travel Package: you will receive your personalized envelope upon arrival in your  accommodation from the Global Journey Crew. 

Where can I pick up my transport tickets?  

• Flight Package: The e-ticket(s) for the flight will only be sent to the email of the Main Buyer closer to the festival (around the beginning of July) 

• Train Package: Info to be added soon.

• Bus Package: You don’t need a transport ticket. You will receive your bus tickets at the  meeting point in the departure city. Don’t forget to bring your printed booking confirmation and official ID/passport.

What happens when I’m not at home when my Tomorrowland Bracelet will  be delivered?  

If you are not home when your Tomorrowland Bracelet arrives at your home address, you will have  time to pick it up at the post office. Keep in mind Tomorrowland uses registered mail. After a couple  of days, they will be sent back to Tomorrowland. 

If you are not able to pick up your Bracelet at the local post office, you have to collect your  Tomorrowland Bracelet at one of the following places: 

• Arrival on Monday in your Global Journey hotel in Brussels: 

o You have to pick up your Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Global Journey Desk in your  hotel on Wednesday. 

• Arrival on Wednesday in your Global Journey hotel in Brussels: 

o You have to pick up your Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Global Journey Desk in your  hotel on Wednesday. 

• Arrival on Thursday in your Global Journey hotel in Brussels: 

o You have to pick up your Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Global Journey Desk in your  hotel on Thursday. 

• Arrival on Thursday at DreamVille: 

o You have to pick up your Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Global Journey Will Call Pick  Up Desk at DreamVille Entrance 1 as from Thursday. 

• Arrival on Friday in your Global Journey hotel in Brussels: 

o You have to pick up your Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Global Journey Will Call Pick  Up Desk at Tomorrowland Main Entrance as from Friday. 

Do not forget to bring your printed booking confirmation & official ID/passport. 

If you already know you will not be at home when the Bracelets will be sent, you can choose to pick  up your Bracelets at Tomorrowland (as mentioned above). The Main Buyer will be able to indicate  the choice in the Tomorrowland Account. This option will be available after the ticket sales

Do I need to register to buy a Global Journey Package?  

Yes, pre-registration is strongly advised. 

Register and create your Tomorrowland Account. Fill in your personal details. After you completed all  information, you will receive an email to activate your Tomorrowland Account. Click on "Activate my  account". Only after you have activated your account, you are registered for the Global Journey sale. 

Did you use the Facebook login? You can now create an account with the same email address as  your Facebook account. We do not support Facebook anymore. 

How many tickets can I purchase per order?  

You can buy up to 6 tickets (= 6 persons) per order/account. The only exception is the Friendship  Travel Packages including a private accommodation for a group of 6 to 20 people. 

Can I purchase a package for 3 persons in the same type of accommodation?  

• If you choose to stay at DreamVille, you can choose 3 x Magnificent Greens. If you don’t  want to bring your own tent, you can take the Magnificent Greens Tent Package (combining  2-persons tent and/or 1-person tent). 

• If you choose to stay in a hotel, you can choose 3 single rooms or 1 double room + 1 single  room. Meininger Hotel (Bronze) offers 3-4 persons rooms 

What are the different payment methods during purchase?

Check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make  international payments (to Belgium). Otherwise please contact your bank. Failed payments will not be  processed and your application will automatically be rejected. 

Visa Debit will also be allowed. But do mind you need to have sufficient funds on it.

Can I pay my Global Journey Package with a relative’s credit card?  

Yes, that is no problem.  

Does the Main Buyer need to be one of the guests included in my package?  

No, he doesn’t. The Main Buyer doesn't have to be among the personalized names and doesn't have  to attend the festival.  

Do mind all correspondence will be sent to the email address of the Main Buyer. 

Can I have an invoice of my Global Journey Package?  

Invoices won't be created for a Global Journey package. You will receive a Booking Confirmation via  email after purchasing and you can use your Booking Overview at the Tomorrowland Account 

Where can I find an overview of my Global Journey booking?  

After purchasing a Global Journey Package, the Main Buyer will receive a confirmation email with an  overview of his booking. Please check spam folder or junk mail. The booking confirmation email Is  leading. 

Where can I find my orderID?  

Your order ID can be found in the booking confirmation email or in your Tomorrowland Account  under the 'ticket' section.
