Make sure to check if the spending limit of your credit card is high enough and if you are allowed to make  international payments (to Belgium). Otherwise please contact your bank in advance.

Failed payments will not be processed and you will not be able to make another payment attempt for the same order. 

Visa Debit will also be allowed. However, do keep in mind that you need to have sufficient funds on it. 

In 2025 Sofort is no longer available due to being taken over by Klarna.  

General information: 

It is possible to complete your Global Journey order using a payment plan. If this option is chosen, the package will need to be paid in 3 instalments which will be debited monthly and the deposit of €2.500 (+ booking fee) needs to be paid immediately. 

The instalments will be debited from the same bank account used to make the first payment.

Change payment method:

If you would like to change the credit card with which the instalments are paid with, you can contact us here and we will be able to send you a payment link to fill in your new card details manually. Once the payment has been made, the following instalment(s) will be debited from the same card.

For Global Journey Packages the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellation before February 19, 2025: 80% of the total package price will be refunded;
• Cancellation before March 18, 2025: 50% of the total package price will be refunded;
• Cancellation before May 31, 2025: 30% of the total package price will be refunded;
• Cancellation after May 31, 2025: no refund will be provided.

Please note that only the main buyer can request the cancellation and that it is not possible to cancel only one person's booking. The entire booking for all guests involved will be cancelled in this case.

It is possible to request an address change until the 31st of March 2025. You can do so here. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

Additionally, until March 31st, the Main Buyer can select in your Tomorrowland Account whether you wish to pick up your Tomorrowland Bracelets at the festival site, or if you want to receive them at home at the end of June/beginning of July.

Name changes are generally not possible. Only in case of urgent matters, Global Journey will accept name changes until the 30th of April 2025 implying a fee of € 350-, per name change. After this date, no name change will be accepted.
