In your account, you can find all tickets purchased through the website after Monday, January 6, 2025 at noon, all on one page. In addition, you can enter or modify preferences and data, so you don't have to re-enter your information with every order. In your account you can personalize tickets, forward them to friends and offer them for sale on the 013 resale platform. When you forward tickets to friends, they can find their ticket in their own account and can enter 013 separately from you.

 All tickets purchased through the website after Monday, Jan. 6, 2025 at 12 p.m. can be found in your 013 account. You can easily access your 013 account via the confirmation email you received after purchasing tickets. 

Please note that tickets purchased before January 6, 2025 will not appear in your account. Tickets purchased from Ticketmaster can be found in your Ticketmaster account and received in your mailbox on the day of purchase.
