You do not need to print your PDF tickets, as they are e-tickets. Simply show them on your smartphone at the entrance — they will be scanned, and you will be granted access to the event.

That’s correct! You will receive your tickets automatically via email at a later date, closer to the event.

Would you like an invoice for your order? Log in to your account here and open the order for which you want to generate an invoice. You can also access your account by clicking "Manage Order" at the end of your order confirmation. Go to "Order Overview," click "Create Invoice," enter your details, and then click "Download Invoice" to get your invoice.

You can make changes to your order via your account here. You can also access your account by clicking "Manage Order" at the end of your order confirmation. Log in, click “More” > “Change Tickets” in your order, select the tickets you want to change, and you will be redirected to the ticket shop. There, you will have credit for the selected tickets to purchase new ones.

If you purchased ticket insurance and cannot attend the event, you can submit a refund request via Booking Protect. Please fill out the refund form.
