Send2Friend is part of the personalisation process. There are two options:

Share via link: You can choose how to share the link (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram). When the recipient clicks the link, they will be redirected to a page where they need to enter their email address. They will then receive an email prompting them to personalise their ticket.

Share via email: With this method, you can invite a friend by entering their email address. They will receive the personalisation request exclusively via email.

Once all tickets have been personalised, the main buyer will receive an email with the download link for all tickets.

If the link is not received, please check that the email address provided is correct. If it is, also check the spam folder.

You have the option of transferring your tickets to another person by re-personalising them. Log in to your account and click on ‘More’ > ‘Repersonalisation’ in your order.Please note that costs may be incurred for the re-personalisation and that the re-personalisation can only be carried out by the ticket purchaser.

Log in to your account and click on ‘Personalise’. Select the tickets and decide whether you want to personalise the ticket to yourself or another person.
