Go to ‘Manage order’ in the confirmation email. Select the ticket(s) you wish to withdraw from sale. As long as there is no demand for your tickets, you can withdraw your offer.

Please note: The ticket will only be available to you again if the transaction has not yet been completed. In this case you will be notified.

If you have offered your ticket for sale via the resale platform on the event page and this ticket has been sold, you will receive an email with all further information. 

A transfer of the funds can take between 5 and 10 working days, depending on the bank. If it is not back in your account after 10 days, please contact us via the chat function or our contact form. The payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please note, the tickets must be offered by the main buyer(s) of the tickets on the resale platform.
