Here you can easily have your ticket resent to your e-mail address.

You don’t need to print your PDF tickets, as they are e-tickets. Simply show them on your smartphone at the entrance – they will be scanned, and you will gain access to the event.

Please note: If the ticket explicitly states that it is only valid in printed form, you must print it out.

The confirmation email will be sent directly after the payment has been completed. However, it may take a few minutes for it to arrive in your inbox. If you have not received it after 10 minutes, please also check your spam folder.

If your ticket is activated for this option, you will find it under ‘Change ticket’. There, the value of the ticket will be credited to you as credit, which you can use directly to purchase a new ticket.

Please note: Any unused credit will not be refunded and cannot be used later.

In your order confirmation you will find the item ‘Manage order’ 
Please go to ‘Order overview’.
Now click on ‘Create invoice’ and enter your details. 
Now you can click on ‘Download invoice’ and you have your invoice.

If you purchased ticket protection when buying your ticket and are unable to attend the event, you can submit a refund request through the button in your confirmation mail. Please complete the refund form for this purpose. Further details can be found in your confirmation email.
