Paylogic uses your personal data exclusively for the organiser.

Check whether the amount has been debited from your bank account. If it has, your order was successful, and you will receive your tickets.

If no payment has been taken, you can place the order again. The connection to the payment server may have been interrupted by your internet security settings.

The ticket does not include travel on public transport. Your ticket only entitles you to entry to the festival.
