If you have a conference ticket, you can change the name of your tickets. You can find this option by going to the button "manage order" in the confirmation email. Select "Change Name". Enter the email address of the new ticket holder. Pay the transaction (the name change will be done once the order is completed/paid). You will be taken to a new "My Order" page and you will see that the ticket has been sent to the new ticket holder. Select "Confirm" to complete the name change.
If you have a festival ticket, the name on the ticket is not relevant. What is important is the unique barcode which will be scanned at the entrance of the event. This means that it is possible for anyone to use the ticket with the main buyer's permission.
