When buying your Tomorrowland Winter Pass you either have the choice to have the bracelets shipped to your home or pick them up at the event.
If you have chosen to pick up your Tomorrowland Winter Bracelet at the festival site, you will not receive a Treasure Case and will need to pick it up with your e-ticket. Closer to the festival, you will receive an email with more information about where to pick up your Bracelet.
If you added "Shipping" to your order at the checkout, you will receive your Tomorrowland Winter Bracelets at the address you provided during checkout with a Treasure Case (limited number available).
Please note: Once you have placed your order with one of these choices, it is not possible to change to the other.
All Tomorrowland Winter Packages with lodging (with the exception of Hospitality Winter Packages) will receive their Tomorrowland Winter Bracelets at home at no extra cost.
Shipping information:
We strongly advise you to double check the shipping address before November 30 to make sure it is correct. You can check and adapt your shipping address via Manage my Booking or contact us via our contact form.
If the Bracelets cannot be sent to you due to incorrect data, as filled in during the registration/purchase, or if the postal service in your country is not able to deliver the package due to circumstances, the shipping costs will not be refunded. It is not possible to send Bracelets to a postbox address.
