Once tickets are purchasedm, they cannot be taken back by the KNHB. They can only be resold via the resale platform. This is the event's own resale platform. The platform offers you a secure place for the verified resale and purchase of previously purchased event tickets.

If you want to resell a ticket, go to your confirmation email and click on the MyOrder button to go to your order page. Then click on More Actions and then on Resale. You can select the ticket you want to resell.
