The option to resell your ticket(s) will be available a few weeks before the event starts. You can keep an eye on the event website to remain updated on this.
Once this platform is online, you will be able to sell personalised tickets in your order via the ‘manage my order’ button in your confirmation mail. If you follow the link and select ‘more actions’, you will be able to sell your tickets.
Once a person is found who wants to buy the tickets, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount via the payment method you used to pay for the tickets. The service fee will not be refunded. From this moment on, these tickets are no longer valid in your order.
This option is available for tickets purchased through the regular shop and for those purchased through the resale platform itself.
Please note that this option is only available to the main buyer.
