Have you accidentally put a ticket in the wrong name or is someone else accompanying you? Then it is possible to change the name on a ticket. You can do this via the ‘Manage Order’ button in your confirmation e-mail.
You will then be taken to your order's unique webpage. Here, select ‘More Actions’. Select ‘Name Change’. Enter the e-mail address of the new ticket holder.
Pay for the transaction (the name change will be made once the order is completed/paid).
You will be taken to a new ‘MyOrder’ page and you will see that the ticket has been sent to the new ticket holder. Select ‘Confirm’ to complete the name change.
Please note that the new order remains in the name of the main buyer of the original order. The name change is also paid for by the main buyer. In addition, only the main buyer can initiate a name change.
Please note that name changes are possible until a few weeks prior to the event. After that, you can sell your tickets on the resale platform.
