Personalising tickets helps us prevent fraud and resale. This ensures that tickets are only used by the people they are intended for. Starting August 1st, you will receive a separate email with information on how to personalise your tickets. You can easily do this online through your own ticketing environment.
Please note: your tickets will only be visible once they've been personalised. If you've done this in time, you'll receive your tickets with a QR code by email approximately 48 hours before the event.
