Personalisation is not mandatory for concerts at Doornroosje. You can nominate your tickets via 'My Tickets' and you can assign tickets for fellow visitors to them. In this way, every ticket holder receives updates about the show.
Tickets purchased before 16-12-2025 cannot be personalised.
After ordering your tickets, you have the option to manage and personalise tickets. You will receive a confirmation email from Paylogic with a link to the overview page of your order from which you can go through the following steps:
- Click on the “Personalise” button to go to your order environment.
- Select a ticket and click on “Assign Tickets”.
- You can claim a maximum of one ticket with your own Doornroosje account. For the remaining tickets in your order, select 'Send to friend'. This allows them to claim the ticket with their personal Doornroosje account.
- If you do not personalise your ticket(s) you can still open the tickets 24 hours before the event takes place. All tickets can be opened 24 hours before the event.
