This is possible if you have a Wheelchair/Companion ticket. These tickets are only sold in pairs. 

You must order 2 Wheelchair/companion tickets per order (1 ticket for the disabled person and 1 ticket for the companion) due to limited capacity on the deck.

All other ticket types are not suitable for disabled people.

*A walker is not allowed in the hall and will only be admitted with a wheelchair/companion seat ticket.
