If there are still tickets available for the desired Bankzitters 2027 show, we ask that you do the following:

Please place a new order with the ticket(s) you need. Once you have done so, please provide us with the new order number so that we can cancel the incorrect ticket(s) and refund them.

Please note that two conditions must be met for this approved change to be valid:

1. The total value of the new order MUST be equal to or higher than the original order.

2. Please purchase tickets only through Paylogic. We will not process a change if the new tickets are not purchased through us.

If your new order meets the above requirements, we can refund the ticket price and service costs minus a refund fee of 1.95 EUR. 

A change is not possible if the tickets are sold out.
