How do I redeem my deposit tickets?

All buyers of a deposit ticket receive multiple emails regarding redeeming their tickets. Please check your inbox for info@blijdorpfestival.nl. In these emails, you will find instructions on how to redeem your tickets.

How do I complete my down payment:

1. Search for 'Paylogic' in your inbox, open the Paylogic confirmation email you received after purchasing your tickets, and click on the 'manage order' button.

2. Via the 'more actions' button, you can click on 'change tickets'. Select all your deposit tickets here and click continue.

3. Next, you will enter the ticket shop, where you will see your new tickets. Select all your tickets and click continue to pay the remaining amount.

4. After completing the order, you will receive a new email containing your official new tickets and confirmation of your deposit. These tickets are your admission to Blijdorp 2026.

I accidentally bought a deposit ticket instead of a regular ticket. Can I still cancel the deposit ticket?

No, this is technically not possible. Tip: redeem your deposit ticket and then offer it on our resale platform.

I am late redeeming my deposit ticket, will I get my money back?

Once the deadline for redeeming your tickets has passed, we can no longer hold the tickets and your deposit will be forfeited. Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. All buyers of a deposit ticket have received multiple emails from us regarding the redemption of their ticket(s).
