What if you want to buy or sell a ticket?
If you decide not to attend Wilde Weide after all, you can list your ticket for sale through Paylogic Resale. It is not possible to list a deposit payment for resale.
The buyer pays between 80% and 100% of the original ticket price (excluding service fees) and receives a completely new ticket issued in their own name. This ensures a fair price for both the buyer and the seller and prevents excessive markups or extremely low prices.
This is the only safe way to buy or sell tickets. There are many scammers active, so please do not purchase tickets through any other channel.
How is the resale price of a ticket calculated?
You can list your ticket on Paylogic Resale for between 80% and 100% of the original ticket price.
The ticket will then be offered on the platform for your chosen resale price, plus the service fee and the €10 rubbish bag deposit. The service fee is 8.5%, so the total amount buyers pay depends on the resale price.
You can calculate it yourself:
Resale price + (resale price × 8.5%) + €10 rubbish bag deposit
Examples
- You list your ticket for €200. The resale price becomes:
€200 + €17.00 + €10 = €227.00 - You list your ticket for €183.20. The resale price becomes:
€183.20 + €15.58 + €10 = €208.78 - You list your ticket for €175.20. The resale price becomes:
€175.20 + €14.90 + €10 = €200.10
How do you know if your ticket has been listed on Paylogic Resale?
You will receive an email from Paylogic confirming which ticket has been listed for resale.
As long as your ticket has not been sold, you can cancel the resale listing at any time.
You can also check the current status of your ticket in your personal MyOrder account.
When will you know if your ticket has been sold?
You will receive an email from Paylogic once your ticket has been sold.
You will be refunded the amount you set as your resale price, plus the €10 rubbish bag deposit.
The refund may take approximately 5 business days to be processed.
Can you buy or sell a ticket through TicketSwap?
No. Tickets can only be bought or sold through Paylogic Resale.
Can you get tickets on other websites?
No. Valid tickets can only be purchased through our official ticket shop and Paylogic Resale.
Tickets purchased through any other websites or channels are not valid, so please be aware of scammers claiming to sell tickets.
Tickets are only issued during the week of the event, so there are no valid tickets available for trading beforehand.
All tickets are issued in the ticket holder's name, and names are checked at the entrance.
How can I change the name on my ticket?
You can change the name on a ticket using the Name Change option for €10.
In the confirmation email you received from Paylogic, click the "Manage Order" button. You will then see an overview of your purchased tickets.
Click "More Actions" in the top-right corner and then select "Name Change."
Please note: Name Change is not a safe way to exchange tickets or money with people you do not know. Therefore, do not use it to buy or sell tickets through platforms such as online marketplaces.
