What if you want to buy or sell a ticket?
If you decide not to attend Wildeburg after all, you can list your ticket for sale via Paylogic Resale. It is not possible to resell a deposit payment.
The buyer pays between 80% and 100% of the original ticket price (excluding service fees) and receives a completely new ticket issued in their own name. This ensures a fair price for both buyers and sellers while preventing excessive markups or extremely low prices.
This is the only safe way to buy or sell tickets. There are many scammers active, so please do not purchase tickets through any other channel.
Follow these steps to list your ticket for resale:
- Go to your MyOrder page. You can access it through your confirmation email by searching for Wildeburg or Paylogic. If you cannot find the email, request it again via "I lost my tickets."
- Click "More actions" and select "Resale."
- Choose the ticket you would like to sell.
- Set the price at which you want to offer your ticket.
How is the resale price calculated?
You can list your ticket on Paylogic Resale for between 80% and 100% of the original ticket price.
The ticket will then be offered on the platform for your chosen resale price, plus the service fee and the €15 rubbish bag deposit.
The service fee is 8.5%, so the total amount the buyer pays depends on the resale price.
You can calculate it as follows:
Resale price + (resale price × 8.5%) + €15 rubbish bag deposit
Examples
- You list your ticket for €305. The resale price becomes:
€305 + €25.93 + €15 = €345.93 - You list your ticket for €290. The resale price becomes:
€290 + €24.65 + €15 = €329.65 - You list your ticket for €285. The resale price becomes:
€285 + €24.23 + €15 = €324.23 - You list your ticket for €270. The resale price becomes:
€270 + €22.95 + €15 = €307.95
How do you know if your ticket has been listed on Paylogic Resale?
You will receive an email from Paylogic confirming which ticket has been listed for resale.
As long as your ticket has not been sold, you can cancel the resale listing at any time.
You can also check the current status of your ticket in your personal MyOrder account.
When will you know if your ticket has been sold?
You will receive an email from Paylogic once your ticket has been sold.
Your refund will consist of the resale price you selected plus the €15 rubbish bag deposit.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Can you buy or sell tickets through TicketSwap?
No. Tickets can only be bought and sold through the Paylogic Resale platform.
Can you buy tickets through other websites?
No. Valid tickets can only be purchased through our official ticket shop and the Paylogic Resale platform.
Tickets purchased through any other website or sales channel are not valid, so please be aware of scammers claiming to sell tickets.
Tickets are only issued during the week of the event, so there are no valid tickets available for trading before then.
All tickets are personalized, and the name on the ticket will be checked at the entrance.
How can I change the name on my ticket?
You can change the personal details on your ticket using the Name Change option for €10.
In the Paylogic confirmation email, click the "Manage Order" button. You will then see an overview of your purchased tickets.
Click "More actions" in the top-right corner and select "Name Change."
Please note: Name Change is not a safe way to exchange tickets or money with people you do not know. Therefore, do not use it to buy or sell tickets through platforms such as online marketplaces.
