To receive your ticket(s), you must first change them to tickets for the date you wish to attend.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the confirmation email of your order and click on ‘manage order’ at the bottom.
2. You will be taken to your order environment. Here, click on ‘more actions’ and select ‘change tickets’.
3. Select the Early Bird ticket(s) and tick the box to continue.
4. Click on “continue”.
5. Select the ticket(s) for the date you wish to attend and complete the order.
6. You will receive a new order containing the ticket(s) for your selected date.
