In order to process an order, it is necessary for Paylogic to process the following personal data:
Name: If tickets are to be issued by name, personal data of the main buyers (or those entering the event with the tickets) may be necessary. Paylogic processes this information only for the purpose of verifying the identity of the buyer. The event organisation may further process this data in accordance with (the terms of) its privacy statement.
E-mail address: Paylogic will ask the ticket holder for an email address to send the tickets or to contact for reporting the status of a payment. In addition, we also keep the email history between Paylogic and the ticket holder, which may arise after the purchase and at the initiative of the ticket holder.
Phone Number: We request a phone number only to contact the ticket holder in case there is a problem with the order or with the event and Paylogic wants to notify the ticket holder in advance.
Date of birth: A date of birth is necessary to determine whether the ticket holder is old enough to enter into legal transactions (general provision for purchases) and/or is old enough to enter the event. If the ticket holder is sixteen years old or younger, he/she must first obtain permission from the person who has parental authority over the child. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and explicitly agreeing to them during the payment process, Paylogic can reasonably assume that the child has obtained the said consent.
Gender: The gender of our ticket holders is processed to ensure that the event runs smoothly, for example, for the purpose of placing adequate sanitary facilities.
Payment information: The processing of payment information is necessary for the settlement of the purchase transaction between the main buyer of the tickets and the organizer.
Residential address: Depending on any physical shipment of goods (e.g. event tickets or other forms of admission tickets), we require your residential address. In addition, the residential address may be necessary information associated with certain payment methods, payment information in general or fraud investigation and/or prevention.
IP address: Depending on the payment method chosen by the main buyer of the tickets, we also process the main buyer's IP address. In addition, the IP address may be used for fraud research and/or prevention. If it concerns a company order, we also process the VAT number of the company involved.
Additional personal data: At the request of an event organizer, we may ask you for more personal information or preferences. These requests may be either mandatory or non-mandatory. Additional personal data is requested on behalf of the organizer and is primarily intended to enhance the event experience for ticket holders or to ensure that the event can take place in an orderly and controlled manner. Therefore, we may refuse your registration purchase at the request of our Merchants if you do not provide us with all required information or preferences.
