After purchasing tickets, we ask you to personalise the festival tickets.
This can be done immediately, but can also be done at a later time, until the start of the festival.
You can do this via the confirmation email from Paylogic. Did you buy tickets for your friends? Then we also ask you to personalise your friends' tickets. They will receive a confirmation by email.
It is possible to change the name on your personalised ticket. Go to 'Order status' via your confirmation email from Paylogic, at the bottom of the email. You can change the name on the ticket via the 'Name change' button. If it doesn’t work, you can also take a look at the explanation from Paylogic. Stortemelk camping vouchers, vouchers for De Lange Paal, and children's tickets (ages 4 to 17) do not need to be personalised.
