Crammerock will take place in Stekene (East Flanders) on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 September 2025.

Your tickets will be sent on August 25th, 2025. Please note that all tickets must be personalized before they are issued.

If you cannot find your ticket(s) anymore or if you have lost the confirmation mail including your ticket(s), you can request your confirmation mail to be sent again via this link.

It might be that there is a mistake in the email address used. You can correct your email address via this link. In case you have still not received your email confirmation after correcting the email address, please get in touch with us.

All tickets must be personalized in order to receive them. 

If you’re unsure who will be joining you, it's best to wait until you know before personalizing your ticket. Please note that there is a fee to process a name change on a ticket.

The deadline to personalize your ticket(s) is September 7th, 2025.

You can change the name on a ticket via your MyOrder page. You can find this option by following the next steps:

• Go to the button "manage order" in the confirmation email. 
• Click on “More Actions” and select "Change Name". 
• Enter the email address of the new ticket holder. 
• Pay the transaction (the name change will be done once the order is completed/paid). 
• You will be taken to a new "My Order" page and you will see that the ticket has been sent to the new ticket holder. Select "Confirm" to complete the name change.

Please note that the new order will remain in the name of the main buyer of the original order and only the name on the ticket will change.

It is possible to resell your ticket(s) from July 1st. 

You can do this by clicking on "Manage Order" at the bottom of your confirmation email which will take you to your MyOrder environment.

There you can click on "More actions" where you will find an option to sell your ticket(s). 

You can also do this via resale.crammerock.be.

Crammerock has a strict no refunds policy on all completed orders that customers agree to during the ordering process. The event organisers are the only ones who can decide the outcome of such requests. Therefore, Paylogic is not authorised to cancel and refund your order.

However, we have some other options for you if you can no longer attend:

• Crammerock allows you to change the name on your tickets. You can make use of this option by going to your MyOrder page via the button "manage order" in your confirmation email. Under “More actions” you can click the option “Change Name”.
   
• Crammerock works with an official resale platform. You can check it out via this link. Please note, it will only be possible to resell your ticket(s) from the 1st of July.

Children who are younger than 12 during Crammerock need a kids ticket. For this we ask for a contribution of 5 euros.

Concretely: children born after 6 September 2013 must have a kids ticket. You can only buy this ticket in the online ticket shop. The proceeds go to charity. You can buy these tickets via tickets.crammerock.be. Have you already ordered tickets and do you want to order an additional kids ticket? You can do this via 'My Order' at the bottom of your confirmation email.

In the email confirmation of your order, you can find a button with the following text:

If you click on this button, you will be redirected to a page allowing you to create your invoice with your details.

Are you planning to stay overnight at the festival camping? Don't forget to buy your camping ticket in addition to your festival ticket via the ticket shop!
