Here is how to sell your ticket:
- Find the email in which you received your tickets.
- Click on “Manage Order” in the email.
- In your order, select the “Resale” option.
- Determine the selling price.
- As soon as someone buys your ticket, the sale is automatically finalized.
What happens after the sale?
Your original ticket is automatically invalidated.
The new buyer receives a new ticket with a new barcode.
The proceeds from your ticket are automatically transferred to you.
Good to know:
Reselling is only possible via the official resale platform.
Your ticket remains yours until it is actually sold.
As soon as the ticket is sold, you can no longer use it yourself.
This ensures that reselling tickets remains safe, fair, and transparent for everyone.
