Unfortunately, it is not possible to redo a failed payment. Uncompleted orders are automatically cancelled after a few moments and the tickets in the order go back on sale immediately thereafter.
The best thing you can do is try to place a new order. Below are some suggestions that will hopefully help you successfully place a new order:
- You can try placing the order using a different payment method, a different browser (in our experience Google Chrome works best) or you can try again from a different computer/IP address.
- If you are ordering outside the Netherlands, please contact your bank to make sure they allow international transactions.
Please note:
- Reaching the order process does not entitle you to purchase a ticket. Until payment has been made, no rights can be derived from reaching this part of the process.
- During peak sales, it may not be possible to place a new order because you won't keep your place in the queue.
