Some events offer a waiting list when the tickets sell out, so customers who are no longer able to attend can offer their tickets for sale. You can usually find the waiting list through the regular ticket shop on the event’s website.
To sign up to the waiting list, you can select the products you wish to order. Once you have completed the signup process, you will receive an email confirming you have successfully signed up.
The waiting list works through supply and demand. When a customer submits tickets for sale that match your request, you will immediately receive an email with the option to pay for the tickets. For this, you have limited time. The payment deadline will always be given in the email. If you do not pay for the tickets in time, they will automatically go to the next person on the waiting list.
Please keep in mind that signing up for the waiting list does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets, as this is dependent on the amount of tickets that are offered for sale by other customers, and the amount of people who signed up for the waiting list before you.
