You can change your current start time/day or upgrade the distance of your run up to three days before the event starts. Please note: changes are only possible within the same weekend and can no longer be made after the Wednesday before the event starts.

You can change your tickets directly in your order by clicking the “Manage my order” button in your confirmation email. Follow the link and select “More actions” to change your tickets. There are several change options available, and you are free to use the credit you receive from your original tickets in any way you like.

Please keep in mind that if your new order is of a lower value than your current order, the difference in price cannot be refunded.
