It is possible to change the name on a ticket. To transfer the ticket to someone else, you can follow these steps:
In the confirmation email of your order you can find the button 'Manage order' at the bottom. By clicking on this you will get to an overview of your order. Then, click on “More actions” and the option to process a name change should be there. You can also click on the three dots next to the ticket to process a name change.
