To get access to your ticket(s), you will need to personalise them. Click on the “personalise” button in the confirmation email to claim the ticket(s). You can claim one ticket under your name, and send the rest under to the other ticket holders attending with you. You will need to fill in their email address, which will allow us to directly send them an email to ask them to claim their ticket. Personalising your tickets is possible until the 20th of July 2025.
Once all tickets have been personalised, you (as the main buyer) will receive confirmation of this via email. Please take note that the tickets will only be sent to you once every single ticket has been personalised.
