No. The ticket for the Negenmaandenbeurs only gives access to the Negenmaandenbeurs. 

The Huishoudbeurs starts on Saturday 17 February, for €7.50 extra you can also visit the Huishoudbeurs. For this option, select The Huishoudbeurs upgrade in the ticket shop. This Upgrade ticket is only valid in combination with a Negenmaandenbeurs ticket for 17 February!
