Changes are possible via the ‘Change tool’. The order value of the original order will be deducted from the new order value. The order value of the original order only concerns the value of the tickets, not the service fee of €2.95. This will have to be paid again.
Follow the steps below to swap tickets of date:
- In the order confirmation email, click the ‘Manage Order’ button at the bottom.
- On the Order page, choose ‘More actions’.
- Choose ‘Change tickets’.
- Select the tickets you want to change and click ‘Agree’.Select the tickets for the other date and make the payment (service fee).
