You can only see orders back in your account if they were placed after Jan. 6, 2025 at noon. N.B. Tickets purchased before January 6, 2025 will not appear in your account. Tickets purchased from Ticketmaster can be found in your Ticketmaster account and received in your mailbox on the day of purchase.
