Please note that each of the ticket(s) must be personalised. In other words, each ticket must be put to a unique name.
Personalisation is a process that some event organisers use to prevent or reduce black market ticket sales. This helps keep the market for obtaining tickets safe and fair.
You can allocate your tickets per person. You will find this option in your account (MyOrder) when you click on ‘manage order’ at the bottom of the order confirmation email.
You will see a new page where you need to enter the email address of the person who will accompany you. Please note that each email address must be unique in order for each ticket to be named.
If you run into an error in sending a ticket, you can always cancel your ticket invitation. You can do this by going to your Order Manage environment and scrolling down to the ticket sent in error. Next to the ticket name are three dots. If you then click on these, you will be given the options to rename, share or cancel the invitation.
