Can't make it to the event anymore? It is possible to resell your ticket(s) directly via TicketSwap. 

You can sell your tickets in your order via the ‘manage my order’ button in your confirmation email. If you follow the link and select ‘more actions’, you can sell your tickets. 

Once a person is found who wants to buy the tickets, you will be refunded the purchase price via the payment method you used to pay for the tickets. The service fee will not be refunded. From this moment on, these tickets are no longer valid in your order.
