Crammerock has a strict no refunds policy on all completed orders that customers agree to during the ordering process. The event organisers are the only ones who can decide the outcome of such requests. Therefore, Paylogic is not authorised to cancel and refund your order.
However, we have some other options for you if you can no longer attend:

Crammerock allows you to change the name on your tickets. You can make use of this option by going to your MyOrder page via the button "manage order" in your confirmation email. Under “More actions” you can click the option “Change Name”.
- Crammerock works with an official resale platform. You can check it out via this link. Please note, it will only be possible to resell your ticket(s) from the 1st of July.
