If you see the message “Payment is being processed” after checkout, this means your payment is still being verified. Your order has not yet been confirmed at that moment.
If the amount has already been deducted from your account, the payment is most likely completed or about to be. Please keep an eye on your inbox, you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as the payment has been successfully processed.
If you don’t receive a confirmation within 30 minutes and no successful payment appears in your account, it usually means the payment did not go through. In that case, the best thing to do is to place a new order.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to complete the payment for the previous order afterwards.
