This can be done via the My Order environment.

• At the bottom of your order confirmation email, click on the button to go to your order.
• You will now be taken to your order page.
• Select “Assign tickets”.

You now have two options:

• “Claim ticket for yourself” to put a ticket in your own name.
• “Send to friend” if you want to put a ticket in someone else's name.
